Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal
2 cups quick-cooking rolled oats
3 cups 1% milk
1 cup apple cider
2 medium apples, peeled, cored and diced
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup brown sugar
Mix everything together in large (at least 8 cup) microwave-safe bowl. Stir. Microwave for 10 minutes, stir, then let sit for a minute or so before serving.
Makes 6 servings
