Pumpkin Oatmeal
2 cups quick-cooking rolled oats
3 1/2 cups 1% milk
1 cup canned pumpkin
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup brown sugar
Optional: 1/2 cup raisins (not included in nutrition facts label)
Mix everything together in large (at least 8 cup) microwave-safe bowl. Stir. Microwave for 10 minutes, stir, then let sit for a minute or so before serving.
Makes 6 servings
